Express courier Shipping

On the cart page you will see the description of the items, the price and  the information on shipping and delivery. The products will be shipped automatically as soon as they are available. They will also be sent separately, so you can receive them as soon as possible. You can send each product to a different address, choosing up to 15 addresses per order. If you want the items to be shipped and delivered together, you can request a single shipment by selecting the appropriate option on the cart page. The cost of shipping will be visible in each product and specified in your cart. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping address and availability of the products ordered. A signature may be required upon delivery. Shipping costs are also indicated during checkout, in the order confirmation e-mail, and online on the "Orders" website.

We will keep you update!

Shortly after completing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing all the details, including estimated shipping and delivery times for each product. After we send your order, you will receive an e-mail notification of the shipment containing the courier data, the information for the tracking. If the order is a gift, we recommend that you provide your e-mail address instead of the recipient's address. Please make sure the e-mail address on your order is correct and that the message has not been stored in a junk mail folder.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times indicate when the goods should arrive at your address once shipped. They are listed in the order confirmation e-mail, and online on the "Orders" website. Unless differently indicated, all estimated times are calculated in working days. 

Deliveries not received

Delivery by courier: if at the time of delivery you are not at home and your signature is required, the courier will leave a notice. You can then contact the courier directly to arrange a new delivery duringthe working hours, agree on a particular date or even change the delivery address. If the delivery date shown in the notification e-mail has already passed and you have not yet received your order, please contact us at assistenza@chiwi.it. We will talk to the courier and will do our best to deliver the goods as soon as possible. Courier without signature: if you are not at home when the order is delivered, the courier could deliver it to your neighbor or leave it in a safe place in the mailbox. The courier will leave a notification on which is reported the neighbor to which it was delivered or the safe place where your package was left.

Damaged or defective orders

If when receiving your order you notice that it is damaged, please contact us at: assistenza@chiwi.it In case of damage occurred during the delivery stage, chiwishop.com will contact the courier directly to solve the problem as soon as possible and with the least possible inconvenience on your part. We will do our best to inform you about the progress of our investigation and, if it proves appropriate, we will send you a replacement.

Returns and refunds

If you have changed your mind, you can return the products within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Returns will be accepted within the same period, only if the product packaging has not been opened.
